- Epic Games has added Intellectual Property (IP) to its Unreal Engine to enhance the creativity of its users in relation to Fortnite.
- This includes features, templates and assets from Avatar: The Last Airbender and Star Wars, with the inclusion of Squid Game, due 27 June.
- Fortnite players will be able to develop their own versions of these worlds and create responsive AI characters using the new Persona Device.
- The company has also created an AI feature to help developers write code, available on the Epic Developer Community site.
- Users have created 260,000 islands in Fortnite since 2023, with creators paid $722m million.
- Fortnite’s Lego Brick Editor also launched 17 June.
