Summary
Asus has unveiled its new ROG Swift OLED PG27AQWP-W monitor, which it claims is the world’s fastest OLED screen with a 720Hz refresh rate.
When set to 720Hz, the resolution is knocked down to 1080p, however, this still hasn’t been done before in the OLED range.
Both HKC and Koorui have also announced plans to release a 750Hz 1080p monitor, but these are not expected to compare with Asus’ product for colour and viewing angles.
Alongside the fast refresh rate, the monitor boosts an HDR brightness through its tandem OLED panel, and a glossy coating for extra vibrant colours.
There is no release date or price yet for the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQWP-W.
