Philips Hue’s new Bridge Pro will be the first new version of the company’s bridge in a decade, according to reports.
The device is said to be faster, with more capacity and the ability to connect lighting to motion sensors.
Philips Hue’s parent company, Signify, is due to host a press event in Berlin next month, where it is expected to give more details about the new products.
As well as the Bridge Pro, Philips Hue is preparing to launch a wired video doorbell with a design reminiscent of August’s second-gen doorbell, streaming in 2K.
The company is also launching more energy-efficient E26/A19 60-watt smart bulbs that use 40 percent less energy, as well as new indoor and outdoor light strips with gradient lighting.
Furthermore, voice control of Hue lighting is to be enabled via Sonos speakers.
