Gaming peripherals company 8BitDo has expanded its controller line compatibility with Nintendo Switch 2 consoles following a firmware update.
Eight of its flagship controllers are now compatible with the Switch 2, including the Ultimate 2 Bluetooth Controller, SN30 Pro Bluetooth Gamepad, and USB Wireless Adapter 2.
The company offers multiple methods for updating controller firmware, including its Upgrade app for macOS and Windows, 8BitDo Ultimate Software for Windows, Android and iOS, and 8BitDo Ultimate Software V2, which is exclusive to Windows and macOS.
8BitDo previously developed accessories for the original Nintendo Switch, including an all-button arcade controller.
