Google Deepmind has released Imagen 4, the latest iteration of its image generation software, which the company claims has a ‘remarkable clarity in fine details’
The new AI model can generate realistically detailed images, such as intricate fabrics and animal fur, as well as typography, which is better and more accurate than in previous models, according to the company
The software is to be made available on May 20 via the Gemini app, Whisk, Vertex AI, Slides, Vids, Docs, and more, with a speedier variant due for release soon, which is 10 times faster than Imagen 3.
Google said AI was an ‘important area of exploration’ as the company looks to compete with OpenAI’s ChatGPT.
