I Finally Found the Solution to My Android TV’s Slow Boot Times

Summary
To improve the boot time on an Android TV, there are two key settings that can be adjusted, the first of which is Quick Start or TV Standby, says Richard Nasire.
This feature prevents the TV from fully shutting down when turned off, instead putting it into a low-power state, which means that when the power button is pressed again, it can skip the boot sequence and show the home screen instantly.
The second setting is Power-on behaviour, which, when changed from its default setting, means the TV will always turn on using the last input that was being used.
In addition to these two settings, Nasire has also found that clearing the TV’s cache and checking for system updates can further improve boot times.
