Snapchat shortcuts allow users to send snaps to specific groups of people more easily, ideal for those who tend to send different snaps to different groups of people.
To create a new shortcut, open Snapchat and take a photo as normal, then press the ‘Send To’ button, but instead of selecting a contact, tap the + button to create a shortcut.
Name the shortcut using an emoji, then select the contacts you want to add to the shortcut.
Users can view all shortcuts by selecting the chat icon at the bottom of the app, and can edit or delete shortcuts using the + button in the chat section.
This feature is especially useful for maintaining Snapchat streaks, where users send each other snaps every day for at least three consecutive days.
