As we know, Windows 10’s end-of-life situation is fast approaching, where Microsoft will officially cease support for the OS.
This means that beyond the cut-off date, there will be no further updates or security patches, making the OS vulnerable.
It is highly recommended that you upgrade to Windows 11, but if you wish to keep using Windows 10, then grabbing its ISO file is a must before it’s taken down from the Microsoft site.
This will allow you to at least create a recovery drive to troubleshoot and tackle common Windows 10 issues and ultimately perform a clean install of the OS once you do choose to upgrade to a newer version.
You can download the ISO file on any Windows machine (any version) or change the user agent in your browser to download it.
You could also use the Media Creation Tool to download the ISO without upgrading your current PC.
