Android’s new App Pairs feature, introduced in Android 15, lets users create and launch side-by-side pairings of two apps directly from their home screen
To create an App Pair, start by putting the apps you want to use together in split-screen view
Once in split view, open your device’s Recent apps menu, long press on both app icons, then select the option to Save app pair
The shortcut to the App Pair will be added to your home screen
Users of Samsung Galaxy devices can save App Pairs by tapping the three dots between the two apps in split-screen mode and selecting the Star icon
For users with older Android devices, or devices that don’t support the native Android 15 App Pairs feature, a third-party app is available to download called Be Nice, which lets you create App Pairs with greater flexibility, such as resizing the app windows in a Pair
