Summary
The Llama2 Large Language Model is now available on the PlayStation Portable (PSP), according to a recent Hackaday article.
This is thanks to programmer Caio Madeira, who ported the model to the handheld console.
The tiny stories 260K model is the same as the one used for the C64 port, however, the PSP has enough RAM for a larger model; nevertheless, Madeira chose to run the tiny model faster on less ancient hardware.
The article notes that it is increasingly difficult to find systems that cannot run LLMs.
This reflects the widespread popularity of LLMs and their multitude of uses.
