The upcoming remake of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater will feature a brand new multiplayer mode called Fox Hunt that is “completely different” to the original Metal Gear Online, according to mode director Yu Sahara.
Specifics of the new mode remain unclear, but it appears to place a strong emphasis on camouflage.
Players will have access to a device that can wrap around their character and adapt to whatever surface they are hiding behind.
The device will effectively make their character part of their current background, allowing them to hide in plain sight.
Konami also announced a Silent Hill 1 remake, being developed by Bloober Team.
