Atlus has announced a remake of the PlayStation 2 JRPG Persona 4, entitled Persona 4 Revival.
It appears to feature a new visual style, and runs on what is thought to be a new engine.
Rumours had been circulating for some time that a remake was in production, after various voice actors who worked on the original game, including Erin Fitzgerald, complained that they had not been asked to reprise their roles.
This suggests that several characters may have a new cast of voice actors in the remake.
There is no release date for Persona 4 Revival, with Atlus only stating that it will launch sometime in ‘coming years’.
