Baldur's Gate IP overlords Wizards of the Coast reveal a new Dungeons & Dragons single-player action adventure

Developer Larian is currently busy working on multiple games besides Baldur’s Gate 4, which has led publishing company Wizards of the Coast to reveal a new deal with newly-founded studio Giant Skull for a Dungeons & Dragons title.
Giant Skull was created in March 2024 by ex-Respawn developer Stig Asmussen, who was the director of the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and God of War 3 video games.
The new Dungeons & Dragons title will be a single-player action-adventure game and will be released during this generation of consoles.
Asmussen stated: “Our goal is to craft a rich new Dungeons & Dragons universe…that players will fully embrace”.
