PowerWash Simulator, a cleaning simulation game developed by FuturLab, is closing in on its final update, The Muckingham Files 6, which will be available on all platforms.
The update will allow players to clean a version of London’s Northern Line train in a legally safe environment, as well as clean a park with a large gnome statue.
The game originally launched in 2021 and has been regularly updated with new levels and objects to clean.
FuturLab also announced plans for a sequel, PowerWash Simulator 2, which is set to release in 2025, and will include splitscreen co-op.
While the original game will be wrapping up development, the new game will not allow players to clean Cloud’s sword, a feature in the original game as part of a crossover promotion. Interested players can access the new update for free by updating their games.
Rock Paper Shotgun news editor Matthew Castle claims that PowerWash Simulator is a break from the monotony of daily chores, saying that chores are “mundane and tedious.
