Summary

  • A new PC indie game called Decade has been released and it isn’t going to be rated highly like many other indie games, according to gamer and critic James Bentley.
  • The game combines the genres of point-and-click and visual novels to create a story that follows four children who are the last survivors of a catastrophic event that killed most of the population.
  • The children have created a time machine and three of them travel back in time to try and prevent the atrocity from happening but the game plays with the concept of ageing and the impact of decisions on future consequence.
  • Designed by solo developer Last Piscean, the game was released on Steam on May 31 and is currently discounted.
