Lies Of P's upcoming easy difficulty modes have wonderfully unhelpful names

South Korean game developer, Neowiz, will be adding two new easier difficulty modes to its soulslike game, Lies of P, titled “Butterfly’s Guidance”, and “Awakened Puppet” in an upcoming DLC.
The new modes are being introduced to make the game more accessible to a wider audience.
The developer has stated that the two new modes will be included in a free update to the game, alongside the new DLC.
Jiwon Choi, game director, explained that the team wanted to broaden the player base for Lies of P and felt that these modes were a good way to accomplish that goal.
In addition to the new difficulty modes, the new DLC will also include two additional bossfight modes: “Battle Memories” will allow players to replay previous bosses through five tiers of difficulty; and “Death March”, will challenge players to take on as many bosses as possible with limited health and items.
