“Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time” is due for release on 21st May and features a mix of exploration and town simulation.
The player lives the lives of up to 14 characters, divided into categories of Combat, Gathering and Crafting, involved in a mystery around ancient dragons.
In the game, players switch between exploring monster-infested continents and terraforming a modern island, adding houses and decorations.
It is described as a “slow lifestyle RPG” but the reviewer queries how this applies to managing 14 lives, and compares the game to Animal Crossing and Dragon Quest.
The developer, Level-5, are also credited with producing Dragon Quest, Dark Cloud and Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch.
