Arkane's founder is open to the idea of making Dishonored 3, just don't place any bets on it actually happening

Rockpapershotgun.com believes it unlikely that a Dishonored 3 will be produced, given that developer Arkane Austin has been closed and Arkane Lyon is producing a Blade game.
However, Arkane Studios founder and Dishonored co-creator Raphaël Colantonio said that he could see himself working on a follow-up to the franchise.
While disinterested in working on someone else’s game, he said “I’d love to - I mean, we’re talking totally hypothetically at this point - I could see myself working on Dishonored 3 right now because it’s been so long that, you know, why not?”
Colantonio, fellow Dishonored creator Harvey Smith, and current Arkane head and Deathloop director Dinga Bakaba all have their own concepts ready for a sequel.
None of them currently have the capacity to follow through with the concepts, but they all have ideas ready nonetheless.
