The next shooter from the GTFO crew will have microtransactions, but no lootboxes, math-fuckery or buckazoids

10 Chambers is set to release a new game called Den of Wolves which, unlike its previous release GTFO, will include microtransactions, according to audio director Simon Viklund.
Viklund said the larger size of the company means that it needs to make “more money” from the game, but insisted there would be no “maths-fuckery” and no “pay to win”.
Instead, the microtransactions will be in line with the business model of other first-person co-op games, such as Payday 2, with a premium price to be paid on release, with additional in-game purchases.
Viklund said the game would not have an in-game currency and there would be no loot box elements, but any additional content – such as DLC maps – will be available to those who have not made the additional in-game purchases.
