Call Of Duty: Warzone's original Verdansk map is coming back, but a bit later than expected

Summary
On the anniversary of the release of Activision’s Warzone, the company released a trailer to announce the return of the game’s original map, Verdansk.
The map will be available for players to use when Season 3 of the game launches on April 3.
The announcement follows news that the sequel to the game, Warzone 2.0, will be rebranded simply as Warzone to consolidate the player base.
The trailer has received some criticism for being tone-deaf, particularly for the focus on military imagery at a time of heightened tensions between NATO and Russia.
The relaunch of the map is clearly inspired by the success of the limited-time Fortnitie mode, OG, which successfully brought back elements of the game’s original format.
