Is Hollow Knight: Silksong too hard? Well, it depends on what you mean by “hard.”

Summary
Since its release seven years ago, fans of Hollow Knight: Silksong have waited patiently for the highly anticipated sequel to launch.
Now that the game has been released and digested, players have noticed that it is extremely difficult, sparking debates among players and critics as to whether the game is too difficult or if players just need to “get good”.
To analyse the difficulty of the game, Arstechnica created a Difficulty Matrix (ADM) which was originally used to analyse the difficulty of Elden Ring in 2022.
According to the matrix, Hollow Knight Silksong requires very good gaming reflexes as many of the bosses have attacks that heavily populate large areas of the screen.
Unlike other games in its genre, there is no invincibility roll, meaning that players must carefully plan their movements.
Some players feel that there should be accommodation for players like him who will never be good at sped-based games, but others argue that reflex-based games are for everyone else exactly because they are reflex-based.
In response to the criticism, the developers of Team Cherry have announced they will patch the game to make the early bosses less difficult.
